Note: Big thank you to Glenn over @ the 'A Pessimist is Never Disappointed' blog for showing this computer illiterate blogger how to link other content to the blog properly. I am now cool like eveyone else! And i'm about to do it again.....so, check out Glenn's blog right.......HERE!
Above and below are pics I took while shopping. The store above is my home away from home, New York Music & Gifts. It's located on the corner of Canal St. and Bowery and is where I buy almost ALL of my movies from. The proprietors are kind people (to Wei and I, anyway) and are always friendly when we show up. And not because they know a fool and his money will soon part. They actually remember us. Or maybe they just remember my Michael Berrymanesque face? We have become friendly over the past few years and they even set aside posters especially for me. Or so they tell me! I also picked up the posters for the films IP MAN 2, BLACK RANSOM, 14 BLADES, and FIRE OF CONSCIENCE. Below are pics of some posters they have outside of the establishment. Also a few other posters from another Asian movie shop that I frequent, P-Tune & Video Corp., on Chrystie St.
IP MAN 2
I can tell you how to do it but I use the HTML editor setting blogger. If you use the compose feature here, it might be totally different.
ReplyDeletethe code is click here
that would render the click here above as the clickable link with no address visible to viewers.
shit, that didn't work. I'll e-mail you.
ReplyDeleteWould you mind posting how much they charge for dvds like IP MAN 2 or GALLANTS? Great films by the way.
ReplyDeleteHi kngfu. I paid $7 for both Ip Man 2 and Gallants. They are the Asian versions. Both are region 6. That is the cheapest these legitimate dvds go for in Chinatown. The highest price I had seen was $10 for the region 6 copies.
ReplyDeleteStill a great deal ..
