Before Stephen Chow became the King of HK comedy he starred in a handful of crime actioners. Here he teams with the King of HK cops Danny Lee in Parkman Wong's fairly entertaining crime pic from 1988 "FINAL JUSTICE". Rounding out the cast are all-star character players Shing Fui-on, Victor Hon Kwan, William Ho Ka-kui, and Tommy Wong Kwong-leung.
